INFORMATION BY THE PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR PREPARED PURSUANT TO ART. 13 SECTION 1 and 2 OF THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

Due to the entry into force and the need to apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation”) the owner of the internet domain presents the following information regarding the principles of processing your personal data.

The website processes your personal data for the following purposes:
1. providing services offered on the website,
2. transfer of your personal data to ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") in connection with
  - provision by the Bank to the Online Store of the service of providing infrastructure for processing payments via the Internet (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
  - handling and settlement by the Bank of payments made by customers of the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
  - in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers' interests in connection with their complaints (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
3. transfer of your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering payment for the purchased goods or services by Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. under a mandate contract covering the "Buy with Twisto" purchasing formula and making this purchasing formula available through the Online Store, as well as for the purpose of verification by Twisto Polska Sp. z o. o. proper performance of such mandate contracts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
Apart from the purposes indicated in section 1 (primary purpose), the Online Store may process your personal data for other legally permissible purposes (secondary purpose), when the primary and secondary purposes are closely related. As part of such processing, the Online Store, acting pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f) of the Regulation, provides for the processing of personal data also for the following secondary purposes: supervising the website for marketing and other purposes.
1. Provided you have agreed to subscribe to the newsletter, the email address provided by you will be used for marketing purposes of Twisto Polska sp. z o.o.'s own products. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, e.g. by clicking the opt-out link.
Processing of your personal data for the purposes specified in section 3 will occur in connection with the existence of a legally justified interest pursued by the Online Store.
In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in section 2, your personal data may be made available by the Online Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:
1. ING Bank Śląski SA
2. Twisto Polska sp. z o. o.
Your personal data will be processed for a period justified to achieve the purposes indicated in section 3.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to:
1. the right to access the content of your personal data;
2. the right to rectify them if they are inconsistent with the actual situation;
3. the right to delete them or limit data processing;
4. the right to object to the processing of personal data;
5. the right to transfer data.
If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data before the withdrawal of consent or the legal basis for this processing.
If you provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with the Online Store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Store.
If you provide your personal data in order to transfer your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. before concluding a sales contract for goods (or services) purchased in the Online Store, providing this data is a condition for concluding a sales contract in connection with the business model of business adopted by the Online Store.
If your personal data is transferred to the Bank in connection with the processing and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, providing the data is required in order to process the payment and provide confirmation of its payment by the Bank to for the Online Store.
If your personal data is transferred to the Bank in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers' interests in connection with their complaints, providing this data is required to enable the implementation of the contract concluded between the Online Store and the Bank.
If your personal data is transferred to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering you to pay the price for the goods or services purchased by you through Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. under a mandate contract covering the "Buy with Twisto" purchasing formula and making this formula available through the Online Store, providing this data and processing it for this purpose is required in connection with the business model of business adopted by the Online Store and in order to implement the contract concluded between the Online Store and Twisto Polska Sp. z o. o.
